سياسة الخصوصية — تطبيق «يومك»

«يومك» مخطط يومي يبدأ يومه بالفجر: مواقيت الصلاة، والمهام والعادات، والأذكار، والمصحف، والمالية الشخصية. صُمم ليعمل على جهازك وحده.

الخلاصة

• لا حساب، ولا تسجيل دخول، ولا خادم خاص بالتطبيق.
• كل ما تدخله (مهامك وصلواتك وماليتك وموقعك…) يُحفظ على جهازك فقط، ولا نرسله إلينا ولا إلى أي جهة.
• لا تحليلات استخدام خاصة بنا، ولا بيع للبيانات.
• يعرض التطبيق إعلانات من Google AdMob في موضعين فقط (أسفل «اليوم» و«أيّامي»). تجمع Google لأجلها بيانات جهاز محدودة — انظر «الإعلانات» أدناه.

البيانات التي يحفظها التطبيق على جهازك

• اسمك (اختياري) ولغة الواجهة وإعداداتك.
• موقعك: المدينة التي تختارها، أو إحداثيات تقريبية إن ضغطت «استخدم موقعي الحالي».
• مهامك وخططك وعاداتك وتذكيراتك، وتسجيل صلواتك وأذكارك، وصفحات وردك.
• العمليات المالية التي تسجلها (إن استخدمت قسم المالية).
• موضع القراءة والعلامات في المصحف.
• ملف الأذان الصوتي إن اخترت واحدًا من هاتفك (تُحفظ نسخة منه داخل التطبيق).

تبقى هذه البيانات في مساحة التطبيق على جهازك، وتُحذف عند حذف التطبيق أو مسح بياناته من إعدادات الهاتف.

الموقع

يُطلب إذن الموقع فقط حين تضغط «استخدم موقعي الحالي». تُستخدم الإحداثيات على جهازك لحساب مواقيت الصلاة ومعرفة المدينة والمنطقة الزمنية من قائمة مدن مضمّنة في التطبيق. لا تُرسل الإحداثيات إلى أي خادم. يمكنك دائمًا اختيار مدينتك يدويًا دون منح الإذن.

الإعلانات (Google AdMob)

• تظهر لافتة إعلانية صغيرة في آخر صفحتي «اليوم» و«أيّامي» فقط، ولا إعلانات في الصلاة أو القرآن أو الأذكار أو المهام، ولا إعلانات بملء الشاشة.
• لا تبدأ مكتبة الإعلانات إلا حين يظهر موضع إعلان على الشاشة.
• عند ذلك تجمع Google وشركاؤها بيانات مثل: معرّف الإعلانات في الجهاز، وعنوان IP (لتقدير البلد/المنطقة)، ونوع الجهاز ونظامه، وتفاعلك مع الإعلان. تُستخدم لعرض الإعلانات وقياسها ومنع الاحتيال، وفق سياسة Google: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
• لا نشارك مع Google أي شيء مما تدخله في التطبيق.
• في المناطق التي يشترطها القانون (مثل الاتحاد الأوروبي والمملكة المتحدة) يُطلب رضاك عبر نموذج Google قبل الإعلانات المخصّصة، ويمكنك تغييره من الإعدادات ← الإعلانات.
• يمكنك إعادة تعيين معرّف الإعلانات أو حذفه من إعدادات هاتفك (Google ← الإعلانات).
• المحتوى الإعلاني مقيّد بتصنيف «مناسب للجميع».

الإشعارات والأذان

التنبيهات (الصلاة، التذكيرات، الأذكار) تُجدول محليًا في نظام هاتفك، وتصل دون إنترنت. لا نرسل إشعارات من خادم.

النسخ الاحتياطي

• «تصدير نسخة احتياطية» ينشئ ملفًا ببياناتك، ولا يحدث إلا حين تطلبه أنت، وترسله أنت إلى المكان الذي تختاره.
• على Android قد يحفظ النظام نسخة من بيانات التطبيق في حسابك على Google حسب إعدادات النسخ الاحتياطي في هاتفك؛ هذه خدمة Google وتخضع لإعداداتك وسياستها.

الأذونات (Android)

• الإشعارات، والمنبّهات الدقيقة، وإعادة الجدولة بعد إعادة التشغيل: لوصول التنبيهات في وقتها.
• الموقع (أثناء الاستخدام فقط): لمواقيت الصلاة.
• خدمة مقدّمة لتشغيل الوسائط: لتشغيل الأذان عند دخول الوقت مع زر «إيقاف».
• الإنترنت ومعرّف الإعلانات: لعرض الإعلانات فقط. لا يتصل التطبيق بالإنترنت لأي غرض آخر.

تقارير الأعطال

إن توقف التطبيق بسبب عطل تظهر شاشة فيها وصف العطل. لا يُرسل شيء تلقائيًا؛ يمكنك نسخه أو مشاركته بنفسك إن أردت.

الأطفال

التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 عامًا، ولا نجمع بيانات من أي مستخدم. بيانات الإعلانات تجمعها Google كما سبق، والمحتوى الإعلاني مقيّد بتصنيف «مناسب للجميع».

التغييرات

إن تغيّر ما يفعله التطبيق ببياناتك نحدّث هذه السياسة قبل ذلك ونذكر تاريخ التحديث.

Privacy Policy — Yawmuk

Yawmuk is a daily planner whose day starts at Fajr: prayer times, tasks and habits, adhkar, the Quran and personal finance. It is built to work on your device alone.

Summary

• No account, no sign-in, no app server.
• Everything you enter (tasks, prayers, finances, location…) is stored only on your device. We do not receive it and do not send it to anyone.
• No analytics of our own, and no selling of data.
• The app shows Google AdMob ads in two places only (bottom of “Today” and “My days”). Google collects limited device data for them — see “Ads” below.

Data the app keeps on your device

• Your name (optional), interface language and settings.
• Your location: the city you choose, or approximate coordinates if you tap "Use my current location".
• Your tasks, plans, habits and reminders, your prayer and adhkar records, and your Quran pages.
• Financial transactions you record (if you use the finance section).
• Your Quran reading position and bookmarks.
• An adhan audio file if you pick one from your phone (a copy is kept inside the app).

This data stays in the app's storage on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data in your phone settings.

Location

Location permission is requested only when you tap "Use my current location". The coordinates are used on your device to calculate prayer times and to find your city and time zone from a city list bundled with the app. They are never sent to a server. You can always choose your city manually without granting the permission.

Ads (Google AdMob)

• A small banner appears only at the bottom of the “Today” and “My days” pages. No ads in prayer, Quran, adhkar or tasks, and no full-screen ads.
• The ads library starts only when an ad placement is on screen.
• Google and its partners then collect data such as your device's advertising ID, IP address (to estimate country/region), device type and OS, and your interaction with the ad. It is used to serve and measure ads and prevent fraud, under Google's policy: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
• We share nothing you enter in the app with Google.
• Where the law requires it (such as the EU and UK), your consent is requested through Google's form before personalized ads, and you can change it in Settings → Ads.
• You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone settings (Google → Ads).
• Ad content is limited to the “General audiences” rating.

Notifications and adhan

Alerts (prayers, reminders, adhkar) are scheduled locally by your phone's system and arrive without internet. We do not send notifications from a server.

Backups

• "Export backup" creates a file with your data only when you ask for it, and you choose where to send it.
• On Android, the system may back up the app's data to your Google account depending on your phone's backup settings; this is Google's service, governed by your settings and Google's policy.

Permissions (Android)

• Notifications, exact alarms and rescheduling after restart: so alerts arrive on time.
• Location (while using the app only): for prayer times.
• Media-playback foreground service: to play the adhan at prayer time, with a Stop button.
• Internet and advertising ID: for showing ads only. The app does not connect to the internet for anything else.

Crash reports

If the app stops because of an error, a screen shows a description of it. Nothing is sent automatically; you may copy or share it yourself.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we collect no data from any user. Ad data is collected by Google as described above, and ad content is limited to the “General audiences” rating.

Changes

If what the app does with your data changes, we will update this policy beforehand and show the update date.
