أسئلة شائعة

لا يُسمع الأذان؟ تأكد أن صوت المنبّه في الهاتف ليس صفرًا وأن الهاتف ليس على الصامت أو «عدم الإزعاج»، واجعل بطارية التطبيق «غير مقيد». جرّب من الإعدادات ← الأذان ← «جرّب الأذان بعد دقيقة».

المواقيت غير دقيقة؟ اختر مدينتك وطريقة الحساب المعتمدة في بلدك من الإعدادات ← الموقع.

نقل بياناتي إلى هاتف جديد؟ الإعدادات ← النسخ الاحتياطي ← «تصدير نسخة احتياطية»، ثم «استيراد» في الهاتف الجديد.

FAQ

The adhan is silent? Make sure the phone's alarm volume is not zero, the phone is not on silent or Do Not Disturb, and the app's battery setting is “Unrestricted”. Test it from Settings → Adhan → “Test the adhan in one minute”.

Prayer times look off? Choose your city and your country's calculation method in Settings → Location.

Move my data to a new phone? Settings → Backup → “Export backup”, then “Import” on the new phone.
